Its team brings together professionals who had collaborated long before the company’s establishment. ICE’s leadership includes experts with engineering experience dating back to 1990, and its Board of Technical Directors is composed of some of the country’s most recognized specialists, carrying over 50 years of combined expertise.

Architectural and Engineering Design review of Revitalization project of Pyramid of Tirana

The scope of the work consist of checking, verifying, reviewing the design and making recommendations on all the technical documentation( drawing, structural models, BoQ, Technical specifications) provided by the designer for the revitalization of the Pyramid of Tirana. ICE offered evidence of mistakes and recommendations for solutions to address lack of clarity, miscalculations, non-compliance, omissions, and discrepancies of any kind of the drawings, reports, calculations, BoQ, and technical specifications. The verification and review is conducted in compliance with the terms of references, relevant codes and regulations as per standards.

Supervision of Tirana Namazgah Mosque, Albania

Project is for the supervision of construction works for Tirana Namazgah Mosque. The total area is 5200 sqm and mosque area 2415 sqm. The maximum height of structure (dome) is 36.9m. The total height of mosque minaret is 56.28m. The mosque will have two floors underground for parking and recreation center for children.

Legal-technical & Transaction Advisory Services for Route No. 7: Morine – Merdare Motorway

Project consists in Technical Assistance to Ministry of Infrastructure of Kosovo (formal Ministry of Transport, Postal and Telecommunication of Kosovo) for design review, preparation of tender documents, and evaluation of bids for the construction of Motorway Prishtina-Merdare (60km long) and negotiation of the contract. The main services provided within this Project were as those below: • Technical evaluation of proposals: BoQ, Technical Specifiactions, • Contract Negotiations.

Supervision of the Works for the Construction of the Motorway Rreshen Kalimash

Contract is for the provision of supervision services in the form of sub-consulting to IGH – INSTITUT GRADEVINARSTVA HRVATSKE d.d – Croatia who is appointed from GRD as the main consultant for the supervision of the works. ICE in joint venture with AF-ITP is providing more than 25 professionals for daily inspection and supervision and other services like design review and project coordination. Project consists of 60 km motorway with 2x2 lane facility full equipped with high slopes and in particular with 25.2 million c.m. of excavation, 9.8 million c.m. of embankment, 27 viaducts of total length 4090m, 116 culverts, 2670m in total length of r/c retaining walls, 1410m in total length of reinforced earth retaining structures, 2413 m in total length of gabion walls, 9 interchanges. The road passes through one twin tunnel 5500m long, which was also supervised by international and local professionals. The main services provided within this Project were as those below: • Partial review of the design • Inspection of road works • Inspection of structures • Geotechnical inspection of slopes • Inspection and approval of materials • Surveying of the works and quantity measures • Inspection of Tunnel works and rock quality degree • Project coordination • Complete design review of existing roads to be relocated.
