On a plot of 350,000 square meters and boasting a 1,500-meter coastline with an exclusive beach, the San Pietro resort in the coastal city of Durrës, Albania, is home to a new luxurious addition. The Spanish hospitality group, Melia Hotels International, in cooperation with its local partner Concord Investment, has opened Melia Durres, a five-star hotel. Situated on the stunning San Pietro Beach & Resort in Lalzi Bay, the hotel features 475 rooms, 8 restaurants, and a multi-sports club. The resort is meticulously designed and developed in accordance with both Albanian and European design codes, ensuring a harmonious blend of local culture and international standards. The key to achieving this exceptional design and functionality result lies in the expert consultancy services provided by ICE. Developed on plot of 82,850 square meters, Meliá Durrës rises on a buildings footprint of no more than 19,339 square meters with an area of 45,214 square meters general construction. Through these services, ICE not only contributed to the creation of a world-class resort but also ensured that every aspect of the project was meticulously planned and executed.
